By using this website or placing an order, you consent to adhere to the terms and conditions specified belos, pnded for pictorial representation purpose only and therefore may not accurately depict the actual product.
PRODUCT AND PRICING RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices depicted against each product on www.aplusproducts.in are in Indian currency i.e Rupees. Since tax is not included in this price, tax will be charged at the time of purchasing the product.
Price of the product may fluctuate often, and no price guarantees are provided for any product.
Each product has definte minimum and maximum order quantity restrictions that must be followed.
We cannot assure that a product will consistently be in stock, it depends on availability.
We cannot ensure the approprateness and compatibility of the product for a specific use or purpose. Customers are advised to assess and evaluate the product compatibility prior to buying.
ORDER AND PAYMENT RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders will only be processed after payment realization in favor of A Plus Products, Jaipur.
Orders placed post 6:00 PM on weekdays may be processed on the following business day.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on delivery method, product weight and distance.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
A confirmation message with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Product delivery via transport services will be on a To Pay basis, with payment required at the time of delivery.
We utilise services of authentic and standard shipping companies that provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
For any product delivery related issues, please get in touch with the courier company first before reaching out to us.
RETURN, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good condition, fully packed, and free from any mishandling.
Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
Please notify us about the products that are dead on arrival and return the same within seven days of the invoicing date.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
The manufacturer’s warranty is applicable on all products. For information regarding warranty, please visit the manufacturer’s website. Direct communication with the manufacturer or their approved service provider is required for warranty claims.
LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
A Plus Products, Jaipur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to utilize a product.
All conflicts and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
