RETURN, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be in good condition, fully packed, and free from any mishandling.
Products ordered on a back-to-back basis (special orders) are not eligible for returns.
Please notify us about the products that are dead on arrival and return the same within seven days of the invoicing date.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, refund requests are not accepted.
The manufacturer’s warranty is applicable on all products. For information regarding warranty, please visit the manufacturer’s website. Direct communication with the manufacturer or their approved service provider is required for warranty claims.
